Black spots on the skin
Even in the most clean and healthy skin may appear occasionally black spots. All people have had more than one, since they are common. These are open comedones, dark spots that form when the sebaceous secretions are mixed with dead cells. They are black because they are very dense. The skins fats suffer even more, so prevention and proper cleaning are essential to prevent its occurrence and to remove existing ones.
Why did they originate?
On the surface of the skin leading two sets of glands: the sweat, the sweat that pours through a tiny hole or pore, and sebaceous associated with a dryer, where the fat comes naturally to the surface of the skin, whose exit hole is bigger, and it is also known as a pore. It is enough to tighten them to see how you extract a bit of fat. Which does not flow and obstruct the process of cell renewal.
How can I remove?
The best time to remove them is after a steam bath. Every three days, then a steam bath. The humidity and heat gently expand the pore and released the accumulation of fat.
Before starting the steam bath, wash the skin with a mild soap or exfoliating.
There are comprehensive treatments such as purifying masks containing ingredients such as activated charcoal, clay or kaolin, which help clean the dirt accumulated in the pores.
