Flossing and brushing

To have good teeth, you need a good dental hygiene and personal care benefit your dentist. Flossing helps remove plaque and bacteria that you cannot reach with your toothbrush. In fact, if you do not floss, you miss more than one third of the front of your teeth. The plaque, leading cause of gum disease, is responsible invisible film of bacteria that accumulates every day on your teeth. The plaque hardens within 24 to 36 hours and form tartar (also called calculus) that cannot be removed by professional cleaning. Pass the floss at least once a day and plaque will not have time to develop into tartar. It is easier to get in the habit of spending the floss every day if we do it while dealing with something else, watching television or listening to music, for example.
Flossing problems and solutions
The gums bleed sometimes when you start using dental floss. The bleeding usually stops after a few days. If the bleeding does not stop, go see your dentist. Silk can unravel when hooked to an old shutter or a chipped tooth. Try a different type of silk ribbon or dental. Ask your dentist or your dental hygienist. If the floss continues to fray, go seeyour dentist.
Brushing
The regular and thorough brushing teeth contributes greatly to prevent tooth decay and gum disease. It helps remove bacteria, the source of cavities and plaque that causes gum disease. Ideally, brushing teeth should be done after every meal, because bacteria begin to attack the teeth in the minutes after the meal. However brushing teeth at least once a day and always before going to bed. This is not complicated, but there is a good way to brush teeth and bad.
