Food and drinks good for teeth
* Choose a wide variety of healthy food every day.
* Foods such as dairy products (milk, cheese and yogurt) have calcium in them, which can develop healthy teeth.
* If you cannot have Dairy Foods, look for foods that have added calcium (not all soy beverages fortified with calcium).
* You do not have a lot of snacks between meals, especially those that contain sugars and acids. The cause of plaque builds on the teeth, which can cause tooth decay.
* Choose your main drinking water.
* If possible, choose medicines and cough lollies that are sugar-free.
