How does orthodontic treatment?

Several types of aircraft, static or mobile are used to help move the teeth, rehabilitate the muscles and change the maxillary growth. These devices act by exerting gentle pressure on the teeth and jaw. The complexity of your problem will determine the orthodontic approach to use.
The apparatus includes:
The braces - The fixed most common use rings, son (arcs) and / or brackets (ties or locks). The rings surround the teeth and serve to solidarisation of the arc on the posterior teeth while the brackets are usually pasted on the outside (opposite vestibular) of anterior teeth, premolars understood. Dental arches are metal brackets on the ligatures and rings. The arches put pressure on the teeth they head to the right position. The arches are usually paid once a month, the final result is reached within a few months to several years. The braces today are smaller, lighter and show far less metal than in the past. They come in bright colors for children but adults often prefer color less visible as possible.
The fixed special equipment - used to fight against sucking thumb or the interposition of language, these devices are attached to the teeth by rings. These devices are extremely uncomfortable during meals and will be used as a last resort.
The space maintainers - if a baby tooth falls prematurely, a space maintainer is used to keep the space thus created until the eruption of the tooth final. A ring is sealed on the tooth neighboring space and a wire welded to the ring just rely on the tooth on the other side.
