How to properly use a toothbrush?
A good brushing takes only two minutes, yes, it is true, 120 seconds! The time spent by most adults is often less than this period. To get a better idea of your time brushing, use a stopwatch. Brush your teeth well by short movements without support and paying more attention to border gum, teeth after which access is more difficult and areas around fillings, crowns and other restorations. While brushing each sector as follows:
* Scrub the outside of your upper teeth, then those of lower teeth
* Scrub the inner faces of your upper teeth, then those of lower teeth
* Brush surfaces masticators
* Do not forget to brush your language to freshen your breath
