What is a good Dental Hygiene?
Good oral hygiene is a beautiful mouth and fresh breath. This means that:

* The bad breath is not a usual problem

* Brush your teeth well twice daily and use floss every day.
* Follow a well balanced diet and avoid snacking between meals.

* Make mouthwash fluoride if your dentist advises you.
* Make sure your children under 12 drink fluoridated water or take a fluoride supplement if you live in an area where the water supply is not fluoridated.
