What scrub for what kind of skin?
This depends on your skin:
Normal skin: all agree erasing care if they do not pull the skin!
Sensitive skin it is wise to be careful with this kind of skin. Choose soft scrubs that do not damage your skin, for example exfoliating shower gels can be used more often. Use hypoallergenic products, products based on clay are well tolerated. It is best to seek advice and a prescription to a dermatologist.
Oily skin: This type of skin particularly needs to be deleted, supports many textures condensed grains and synthetic particles. They provide a deep cleaning.
What is the proper technique?
On the face, it requires the fingertips in small circular movements avoiding the eye contour. It is better to emphasize the middle part: nose, forehead and chin. For the body, you can rub more vigorously, with the hand rather than a glove sponge who "absorb" the small grains in erasing its fibers.
